Jenna has been an integral part of The Parlour since its earliest days, joining as Jacquelyn’s very first hire and quickly becoming a trusted right hand in shaping the salon’s culture and standard of excellence.
Known for her thoughtful approach and meticulous attention to detail, Jenna brings a calm confidence to every appointment. She specializes in refined blonding and luxury hair extensions, creating seamless, natural results that prioritize the health and integrity of the hair. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to craftsmanship and an elevated client experience.
Jenna is passionate about providing truly top-shelf service — ensuring every guest feels cared for, comfortable, and beautifully seen.
She’s a mom of three boys who loves coastal days at the beach, quiet moments with a sudoku puzzle, and the clean simplicity of thoughtful design.

She believes in the power of a great Blow Out. and that time spent in the salon is good for the soul. With over 20 years in the beauty industry she has held the roles of stylist, educator, consultant and leader.
Jacquelyn has cultivated a space where style feels effortless and deeply personal. Her philosophy centers on the integrity of the hair and the belief that true luxury lies in thoughtful detail, expert technique, and an experience that feels both refined and approachable.
Under her direction, The Parlour has become known for its collaborative culture and a team of highly educated stylists dedicated to their craft.

Robyn brings an artist’s perspective to her work at The Parlour.
A graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design with a degree in Fine Arts, she approaches hair with a thoughtful, creative eye, treating each client as a unique canvas.
Passionate about colour and modern, effortless styling, Robyn specializes in creating looks that feel natural, dimensional, and never overworked. Her artistic sensibility and relaxed approach allow her to craft hair that feels personal, wearable, and quietly beautiful.
Known for her warm conversations behind the chair, Robyn often connects with clients over a shared love of books, making appointments feel like a relaxed book club among friends.
Outside the salon, she enjoys traveling, staying active, spending time with her cat, Pinot, and embracing her role as a proud auntie.

With over a decade of experience behind the chair, she approaches her work with quiet confidence and a deep commitment to the health and integrity of the hair.
A well-rounded colourist and skilled extension artist, Nikki focuses on creating beautiful, wearable results that feel natural and effortless. Her attentive nature and careful approach allow her to craft looks that truly suit each client while maintaining the long-term health of their hair.
Dedicated to continual growth in her craft, Nikki is always expanding her education and refining her skills to better serve her clients.
Outside the salon, she enjoys beach days, workouts and spending quality time with her family.
Vanessa brings a wealth of experience and an effortless sense of style to The Parlour. Over the course of her career, she has worn many hats within the industry — from salon owner in her hometown of Clare, Nova Scotia to session stylist working in Toronto and abroad.
Her approach to hair is warm, confident, and timeless. Vanessa is known for creating beautifully polished looks, multidimensional colour, long soft layers, and signature bouncy, bombshell blowouts. With an intuitive eye and years of expertise, she crafts styles that feel both refined and effortless.
Passionate about helping women look and feel their best at every stage of life, Vanessa believes that great hair should evolve gracefully — making aging look undeniably good.
Outside the salon, she loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
